It was so quiet and not another soul in sight. Spot and I were wandering around and taking pictures when this Navajo Native American came walking around the path. He was very friendly and asked all about Spot. Before he went on his way...he said.."I want to give you a Navajo blessing " he proceeded to chant a Navajo prayer over me and Spot! It was an incredible experience. I was overwhelmed and tears welled up in my eyes. ..and he said don't cry , it is a good thing. This is something that I can't begin to explain to anyone. After he left, I sat there and stared at the phenomenal grandeur all around me and felt so lucky and blessed. 
My life has been a series of events lately. I have been on a path which has led me to many amazing adventures. My own private moments of reflection amidst the most beautiful scenery in the USA have given me such inner peace and joy. Wide open spaces. Wide open heart.
