Then used my Portfolios again...to color in. These are so easy to travel with..... they now go with me in my little bag O' art supplies. So now I have no excuse not to create something in my book every day. not great art , but it keeps my creativity going in the right direction. I am working on the new Art On The Darkside Challenge "Be Careful What You Wish For" topic. hmmm..... It has been super hot around these parts for the past few weeks. I'm talking in the triple digits with the heat index or real feel ( real feel? why don't they just come right out and say it's 105..haha)..THe weather report is on my side bar..take a gander where it says real feel..mwaaahaaaa

More Art journal doodles
Doodling around in my sketch book with my Micron pen. I drew what ever popped in my mind. 
Then used my Portfolios again...to color in. These are so easy to travel with..... they now go with me in my little bag O' art supplies. Your pages are so cheerily bright and colorful! Every little bit of art helps keep the flow going...(though I haven't done squat lately :-) - but maybe I'll get out the pens & sketchbook now that you're inspiring me!

Love the orange kitty. I think it's great that you keep the flow going, the heat is not so great. I'm glad we get Fall, but by Janauary I'll be wishing I was in FLA..!
ReplyDeleteHey I love that sketch book idea! Excuse my ignorance but what are portfolios? Thanks for dropping by my blog. The trick with the clouds is to lay the paint down and swipe side to side with a mop brush, easy! I must admit the canvas photographed really really well. LOL!
