Art

Continuing my 'Pulled" art series... I am so in love with this technique..it has opened up a new door into my creativity. I am not quite finished with this one...love the process!I call the one below "Cirque du Soleil Girl" She came right out of the background!
These were done with crappy old craft paint...some oil pastels, pencil. I think i will start using my Golden liquid acrylics and paint on a canvas. Have a creative weekend everyone!

  1. Pam, these are both just great!! I love that woman at the top! Isn't this the most AMAZING process?!! You just never know what's going to pop out at you.

And I use crappy old craft paints quite a bit. I've found that the cheaper the paint, the more sheer it is and I can use it like washes. Plus I paint a lot on plain old cardboard from boxes. Whenever we get anything in a box I see new "canvases" to paint on!

  11. Thanks Pam for letting me know that Blog names can be changed.

My dd and fil love Willie Nelson. They set in the front roll of one of his concerts. My dfil use to have company shows and had a guy that sounded like Willie come and sing. He dressed up like him and look like him and some people thought he was the real thing till he changed his look. So funny. He was younger than Willie and I wondered if he was related to Willie. Lived not far from where Willie lived at one time.

    Love the painting technique!! Awesome!!

    God Bless You and Yours!!!
