Anthropologie conversation

A shop after my own heart.   I am so happy to  be so close to Anthropologie  I go there for therapy. Alas!   I cannot afford anything except perchance  a sale napkin or tiny trinket . I can browse for free. I sneaked a photo of  this charming bedroom ensemble. While I was there  reveling in all things that scream ME and wishing to heaven I had $$$$$$  ..a darling older gentleman struck up a conversation with me.  Out of the blue he said..."I love to look around in here". ..Me too,  I Love this store " , It fascinates me! " I  said .   "Oh ..My wife loves it too! She always wants to come here" he said.   I , then ,  kiddingly said   "  Uh OH !  Watch out for your  charge card...   And then he  said the dearest thing..."Oh , I don''t mind..she can have any thing she wants, she deserves it."  He then went on to say they have been married for 52 years.  WOW!  My heart was so filled with warmth.  I told him how incredibly sweet he is!!!       Sweet Dreams to you  all....and  may  your dreams come true.

  1. Hi Pam,
Has your Gypsy Caravan sailed across the states and landed you upon the east cost shores? How is your sweet dog?
The thing you said about that man, is sweet.
I no longer live by Anthropologie, but when I did I too would only go for inspiration. Only ONCE when I was sad the day I turned fifty did I buy a beautiful white sale skirt, and I do not regret it!

    Thinking happy thought for you!
